Adjola Shuaipi
Adjola believes Loving Care Montessori is more than a school. It is a community where children, families, and educators grow, learn, and thrive together. With several years of experience as an Early Childhood Education (ECE) and Montessori classroom teacher, she brings a strong understanding of child development and the Montessori philosophy to her role as an administrator at ALC. Adjola holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, a Master’s degree in Marketing and Advertising, ECE credentials, and an AMS Administrator Credential. Inspired by Montessori principles, she is passionate about creating a warm, nurturing, and respectful environment where every child is encouraged to develop independence, confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.
Bardha Kazazi
With over 20 years of experience in early childhood education and more than 14 years in administration, Bardha has dedicated her career to creating loving, nurturing, and inspiring environments where children can thrive. Her experience spans from infancy through Pre-K, giving her a deep understanding of every stage of a child’s development. Bardha holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, along with a Montessori Administrator Credential. As an educator and leader, Bardha believes every child deserves to feel loved, respected, safe, and valued. Guided by Montessori principles, she believes in following the child, honoring each child’s individuality, and nurturing their natural curiosity. For Bardha, early childhood education is more than a profession, it is truly her passion.
